Nurse Lee
Lee has been working in aesthetic medicine for over 14 years, and has been one of the two clinical directors of the CQC IAM clinic for the past 12 years. Lee is passionate about ensuring that the clinic develops to ensure that it can meet the growing holistic needs of our patients. We have seen the change in patient needs over the past 14 years from delivering mostly skin treatments and injectables to now offering surgical treatments, a skin cancer check clinic and regenerative medicine. When Lee is not following the Gallagher brothers, she enjoys working out in the gym and spending time with her family.

Nurse Lorraine
Lorraine started on ICU & ED in the NHS which has proved invaluable. Lorraine started her aesthetic career in 2010 & its her nursing care & skills are what makes her patients feel safe and empowered to have the confidence to look as good as they should. Lorraine has attended cadaver training with Dr Dalvi Hamza and the infamous Dr Mauricio de Maio who is the founder of the Allergan Medical Codes for injecting. Lorraine believes medical grade skincare & skin rejuvenation are paramount for all aesthetic injectables. Lorraine loves all things Italian & hopes to retire to their family home in Liguria. Don’t worry she is not going yet!

Nurse Jane
Jane qualified as a Registered Nurse from the University of Huddersfield in 2006. She has worked for the NHS in surgical assessment and urology, and also spent time nursing in Perth, Western Australia working in plastic surgery. The last 13 years of her nursing career have been spent working in the cosmetic surgery, weight loss and aesthetics industry. She gained her qualification as a Nurse Independent Prescriber from the University of Bradford in 2017, and has trained to an advanced level in Aesthetics and Skin treatments. Jane is passionate about delivering natural results to her patients through a bespoke consultation offering a treatment plan to keep harmony and balance
Nurse Tracey
Tracey began her healthcare career as an RGN in 1993 and has since earned a BSc (hons), MSc (in Advancing Practice), and Masters Level qualifications in Aesthetic Medicine. She has undergone specialised training with renowned aesthetics educators and is currently pursuing a PhD focusing on maintaining physiological youth through Medical Aesthetics and Lifestyle medicine interventions. As a Nurse Prescriber in the East Riding, Tracey specialises in Menopause care and is well-versed in Menopause Care and Lifestyle Medicine. She actively speaks at conferences, contributes to professional journals, and prioritises patient safety and quality training.
Brigid
Brigid qualified in 2005 in beauty and trained as an Aesthetic Therapist in 2006. Brigid is passionate about working with her patients to achieve their skin goals and needs in a safe, professional environment. Brigid enjoys working alongside Nurses, Surgeons and other Aesthetic Therapists. With over 19 years experience in laser hair removal, IPL, CACI, radio frequency, skin peels , micro needling, HydraFacial and much more she believes there is the right treatment plan for every patient. Brigid loves to share her knowledge she has gained from over the years and she has been lucky to train all over the UK and Ireland in Aesthetic Beauty.
Molly
Molly has worked in the beauty industry since 2017 and started off working in spa’s, performing holistic treatments. Molly has always had a love for aesthetics, skin care and results based treatments. She trained in 2020 and has built up her knowledge of using a wide range of aesthetic devices, treatments and products. Molly is passionate about ensuring every patient feels valued, comfortable and happy with their experience and results from their bespoke treatment plan.
Robyn
Robyn is our full-time level 4 Aesthetic Therapist. Robyn loves seeing her patient’s skincare journey and the progress to achieving their skincare goals. Robyn is passionate about creating personal and custom treatment plans for each patient so they can achieve their desired results. Robyn offers a full range of Advanced Aesthetic Beauty treatments including HydraFacial, Morpheus8, Lumecca IPL, Diolaze Laser Hair Removal, Million Dollar Facial and Microneedling as well as offering full bespoke consultations with our Observ Skin Scanner.
Heidi
Heidi is a passionate communicator, happy to talk with you and ,or just, listen whilst meeting your needs. Passionate about wellbeing, outdoor swimming and enabling people to be their true self. Heidi has worked and volunteered in large corporations and local charities and her experience will ensure she brings you the best customer experience here at Innersense Aesthetics Medical.

Tracey has been part of the front of house team since we first opened in 2013. Tracey works across both our York and Wetherby clinic. Tracey loves to provide excellent customer service and patient care and really enjoys making you feel at ease and welcome at clinic. Tracey is always busy but will always find time to make you a drink and sit and chat.

Jan is our Patient Coordinator here at Innersense Aesthetics Wetherby. Jan will be your first point of contact when you arrive to the clinic or when you phone the clinic to book an appointment. Jan has previously owned her own business, worked in large corporate companies and also charities so has a wealth of experience in customer service and you can be assured of her best attention at all times.

Beth
Beth is our Operations Manager for both the York and Wetherby clinic and holds a wealth of knowledge in the aesthetic industry. Beth has extensive knowledge on all our treatments and products that we have within the clinic including the surgical procedures we offer by Consultant Plastic Surgeon Mr Philip Lim. Beth is passionate about customer service and offering our patients outstanding care while ensuring the seamless running of the clinics. Beth is always on hand to answer any questions from patients to guide them through their journey and to support the team.
