Meet the Innersense Team
Nurse and Owner
Lee graduated as a Registered Nurse in 1994 gaining a 2:1 in nursing studies at Manchester. Lee trained in 2010 in aesthetics and continues to attend regular courses, masterclasses and has had an article published in the Aesthetic Medical Journal. Lee further qualified as a Nurse Independent Prescriber and became a full time Aesthetic Nurse in 2011. Lee is the owner and managing director of Innersense Aesthetics.
Nurse and Owner
Lorraine is joint owner and CO of Innersense Aesthetics. Qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1984, working mainly in intensive care as a staff nurse and A & E. Lorraine went to Leeds university in 1997 to gain her children’s nursing qualification, working as a sister on children’s ICU and before retiring from the NHS Lorraine’s last post was as a nurse specialist in cystic fibrosis. Lorraine commenced aesthetic training in 2010 and now works full time as company director of Innersense Aesthetics.
Sarah began her career in beauty before going to University to do her Nurse training. Sarah worked in Goole at the neurological rehabilitation centre between 2014-2015 before joining Sue Ryder as a Team Leader within the nursing team. Sarah has since gone and trained in the field of aesthetics and is currently increasing her knowledge and skills within the ever changing industry.
Nurse Prescriber and Aesthetic Nurse
Danielle qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2002 beginning her professional journey on Paediatric Oncology before heading to the Paediatric Intensive Care. Danielle currently still works as a Sister within the paediatric community. In 2015 Danielle completed her aesthetic training and in 2016 completed her Independent Nursed Prescriber course at Huddersfield University.
Anna qualified in 2002 with a level 3 in Beauty and Holistic Therapies before training in Advanced Level 4 IPL and Laser Treatments at Londons’ Aculite Head Office in 2004. Anna has further completed her City & Guilds PTTLLS level 3 in 2009, and has taught Holistic Therapies within the Adult & Community Education Department of York as well as working in the private Beauty Sector.
Anna joins the Innersense Team with a wealth of knowledge and experience and continues to train in Advanced Beauty Aesthetics to date.
Lisa has been in the beauty industry for several years and has joined the team at Innersense to allow her to progress a career in anti-ageing treatments alongside beauty. Lisa is based at York and has soon become our CACI Queen, offering bespoke CACI treatments to suit your needs. Lisa has just completed a masterclass in Shellac nails making her up to date with new techniques and colours.
Rebecca graduated as a HCPC Registered Podiatrist, gaining a 2:1 in Podiatry in Durham. She has worked in both the NHS and private sectors delivering the highest quality podiatric care. Before returning to Yorkshire in 2016, Rebecca worked on Harley Street, Liberty and Notting hill in London. Rebecca is experienced in providing routine and Specialist Podiatry (Chiropody) treatments, which can be combined with our medical pedicure.
Front of house
Tracey is head of hospitality at both York and Wetherby Clinic. Tracey loves to provide excellent customer service and really enjoys making you feel at ease and welcome at clinic. Tracey is always busy but will always find time to make you a drink and sit and chat.
Front of House
Louise joins the team at Innersense @ York with a wealth of experience in the beauty industry. Louise trained as a hairdresser at 16 and worked in a top salon for 5 years. Following this, Louise had a career change where she worked with disadvantaged teenagers facilitating weekly beauty training courses to allow teenagers to learn about beauty health and wellbeing. Louise loves meeting people and enjoys making them feel good about themselves and you will find Louise front of house.
Permanent make up artist
Lorette Hague has been working solely with permanent cosmetics, on men and women since 2002 and is classed as one of the top permanent make up artists in the UK. This is not something she does as a “side line”. It is what she does everyday. Lorrette will be hosting clinics at York twice a month and Wetherby once a month.
